My ex best friend and I.
This guy was everything to me.
He made me feel beautiful, he made me feel happy, he made me feel loved.
He was my knight in shining armor.
I never knew I could care as much for a person, as I did with him.
I realized it all too late, and now we can barely look at each other in the eyes.
High school and drama happened.
I lost the person I cared for the most.
I still have the memories, I still remember all the missions we busted before band practice.
I still remember when he would defend me when a guy tried to pick on me.
I still remember crying and him walking across school to find me and comfort me.
I still remember when we took this picture.
I still remember when we first met in Fall of 2009.
I guess I still love him, but it’s time for me to move on seeing as he did already.
I have advice for you all, never let a love interest get in the way of a friendship.
Always love your best friend unconditionally, because who knows when it your friendship might end?
