This is a picture of me and my boyfriend Alex video chatting. We’ve been dating for about a year and 2 months now. We met the summer before last. We promised each other we would make time to video chat each other at least once every day, since he’s four hours away at college. I drive up to see him almost every weekend, every single weekend I can. We both have these stuffed animals because we both sleep with ours every night, so we switched, it’s the closest we have to sleeping next to each other. He’s my best friend and my soul mate. If I’ve learned anything through this relationship it’s that distance is just a test to see how far love can travel.
