well, of course a 13 year old isn't going to know much about love, so therefore, they shouldn't be going out with someone much older when they barely have any experience. But, if it was a 17-18 year old w/ a 30 year old. it shouldn't matter at the end, because they probably have a better understanding on things.

The fact is, is it POSSIBLE for a 30 year old man to fall in love with a teenage girl? Yes. However, are most older men’s intentions for dating kids for LOVE and not darker things? No. That’s just not the case, usually. It doesn’t matter if a 16 or 17 year old knows better than a 13 year old. What matters is that a 40 year old man probably does not have good intentions for dating them, and believe it or not, a 17 year old won’t know how to tell his lies any better than the 13 year old.
