anonymous asked: you blog is amazing! however you theme…..:S
Thank you! And I’m not changing my theme, sorry.
amberbites asked: The very second I started reading your blog yesterday. I couldn’t stop pressing the old entries to read more. It definitely made me realize a lot of things. I just got out of a relationship 8 days ago and still counting. Reading your blog simply just made my whole weekend. (:
I’ll submit my story when I get to know the ending. Thanks Katie.
Thank you. <3 I hope you’re doing okay after just recently going through a breakup, and I’m looking forward to seeing your story. :)
paulapokedyooh asked: I just wanted to say…your pictures are so awesome. Where were you guys? Lake…forest…holy crap I’m jealous. *w*
Thank you! :) He lives upstate New York, so it’s very foresty up there. There’s also a lake right by his house, and you have to go downhill in a forest and cross a bridge over a creek just to get there. It’s a photographer’s heaven, haha. ;) I’m so glad you liked them, though!
winkywho asked: Hey there, this blog inspired me a lot. I’m turning 21 tomorrow and I’ve been single since birth. I’d like to tell everyone out there who’s been single for a long time: That we should still keep the faith while we wait.
I’ve been hurt by so many relationships that I thought I had. So tomorrow, I’m celebrating the times that I’ve been through with so much hope and my heart—filled with so much love to give.
You give me hope. I think there are a lot of people who can learn from the way you think. Stay strong. <3
deerjesus asked: I would just like to say something: I’m honestly tired of people picking on other people, especially on this blog. Okay, so someone doesn’t know how to photoshop, BIG DEAL! This blog is about love, understanding, compassion, and spilling your heart out. I didn’t get the memo about how we’re suppose to be critisizing everyone for their “flaws” they might have.
Grow up for fuck’s sake. As the old saying goes “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” 99% of the internet is made up of douchebags and I’m sorry to say that Tumblr is becoming one of the worst places to blog, ever.
How is anyone ever suppose to express themselves when we know that someone is going to say something rude after? Keep in mind that people do have real feelings and even if it’s just through the internet, words hurt.
A long time ago, I would totally agree with you on this. But now, I don’t. Yes, it is mean and hurtful when people put down others for what they post on here. However, there are hidden rules of the internet that everyone should know. I’ll use myself as an example. Right now, I have 64,524 followers, and it changes constantly. When I post a submission, especially when it’s a picture of people attached with a caption of how long they’ve been together, it will get hate. I always try to tell people that. Out of almost 65,000 people, it is impossible for every single one of them to be kind and understanding of every single thing I post, therefore, people will hate on others. I’m not saying that it’s right to hate on other people just because it’s the internet. I’m just saying that it’s something that we have to accept, because it isn’t going to change. It’s just the way things are.
