When it comes to distance all you need is effort, commitment, trust, and time. I know it could be hard when he/she moves for the first time and you’ll feel that big knot in your stomach that the time has finally come, but as time passes by you’ll be able to adjust. What I love about distance is that you don’t need all those kisses, hugs, the hand holding, to be fully in love. Distance is more of a mental thing and it just builds the feelings you guys have for each other. I understand that some don’t work out because of time or the lack of communication, but trust me, EVERY SECOND IS WORTH IT. I may not know much, but I’ve been with my boyfriend for two years, and it’s been almost 3 months since we started our long distance. I know it’s hard, not all relationship in any situation is easy. I learned to understand that all you need is the sound of his/her voice when you sleep and wake up. You constantly text him/her until he/her sleeps and it just feels amazing that you’ll actually feel him/her right here besides you. I know that seeing couples in school could be a bitch sometimes, but every where I walk, it feels like you’re all I see. It doesn’t matter if his not around all time time, they can’t help that, but as long as you’re both trying, nothing could stop you guys from loving each other.
