This is my favorite boy in the world.
After being his absolute best friend for four years and liking him all throughout, something came of it. We’ve had our ups and downs friend-wise, maybe more than the average friends, but something good always came of it. When we didn’t speak all summer because of various reasons, I tried to convince myself that I was better off without him, but you can tell yourself something a million times - that doesn’t make it true. We reconnected at the end of that same summer and i realized how much i needed him and how much light he brought into my life. We’re together now, and I love him more than anybody could ever know and more than I could ever explain in words, and I’m not being naïve when i say that I love him. I know we’re only in high school but I have a feeling that him and I are going to be together for a very long time.
Love is unexplainable. You can define it all you want but until you experience it, you know nothing. Absolutely nothing. When you do find it, you’ll know, and you will never be more happy than when you realize you’re in love.
