Ten Things I Hate About You (The Married Life)
You leave the kitchen light on, you never turn it off,
You’ll rarely cover your mouth, every single time you cough,
Maxed out the credit card one day, I couldn’t buy a Coke,
You barely laugh or even smile if I’d tell you a joke,
Your clothes are spread across the floor, you didn’t pick it up,
And I still remember years ago, you broke my coffee cup,
You don’t stop by the station so there’s no gas in the car,
You say you’re fine, but that’s not true, when I ask how you are,
Sometimes we argue over things so often it’s a cue,
But most of all, I hate the fact that I can’t live without you.
