Hello World, meet the L7 WEENIES aka my best friends in the entire world.
Some of us have been best friends since kindergarten/first grade, some only since since fifth and sixth grade. But since 2003, we became inseparable. Junior high brought the 10 of us together. We spent everyday together. Then high school came and gave us the challenge in our lives: separation. 10 girls, 8 cities, 8 schools. We were forced to make new friends and basically live our own lives. Flash forward to now; we’re all finishing up our second year in college. 10 girls, 10 cities, 2 states, and 10 colleges. We’ve learned to be apart, but still be the same group of girls who hung out by the bleachers in junior high. We’ve grown together, we went through puberty together, we survived high school apart, and now we’re in college living our separate lives. We may not see each other as often as we’d like and our group isn’t always complete, but we’re still best of friends. We’ve gone through everything together and we do have our fair share of drama and rocky times. But in the end it’s always going to come back to the 10 of us. We’re not just friends, we’re family.
