It wasn’t always this way. Waiting what feels like eternity to finally see each other. It was simple and easy once, when we went to the same high school and ate lunch which each other and had classes together. Unfortunately, things change. But the love that we share between each other has not. That love has grown and bloomed into a beautiful long distance relationship that I would not trade for anything.
Today is our two year anniversary and I know in my heart that there will be many more of them to come. Eventually this long distance relationship will be long distance no more. But instead just a relationship between two people that can’t want to spend the rest of their lives together. We won’t have to wait to celebrate anniversaries one day. We will just be able to look over at each other and kiss each other in the morning. I can’t wait for that day.
