i'm just saying, it's never illegal to DATE someone. in no state is it against the law to be in a relationship with someone no matter what the age. it's illegal to have sex with them. unless you're above the age of consent. i've had friends when we were 14 dating 18 year olds. going on dates and hanging out with 18 year olds or whatever the age is not illegal; however, sex with someone too old/too young is illegal in many states. just my 2centzzz~
