4 years ago i was with an amazing boy, he made my whole world tremble before me and it was so perfect.
i lost him to a brain tumour and it tore my world apart
it was hard as he had to move away to another country just to get a surgeon that could help him
we made a mutual decision to separate until he came home
we kept talking as usual
4th July 2007 i got a phone call from him telling me he was going to have an operation done on the next day to relieve the pressure from his brain, i cried, he cried, he told me everything was fine and that he’d be home soon.
the last thing he ever said to me was ‘I love you and I’ll see you soon’
6th July 2007 - i got a phone call from your brother that day, he told me you hadn’t made it through the surgery, my whole world came crumbling down around me.
i’ll never forget you and everything that we shared together, you meant everything to me.
you told me if anything ever happened you’d always be with me in some way, and that I had to move on, and I did like you’d asked me to but it’s still hard for me to connect to people because everytime i do i lose them.
i cried a lot when typing this, hope my boyfriend understands why i had to do it.
